Enforta is to Invest USD 40 million in its WiMax Network Expansion in 2008 [16.01.08]
ZAO Prestizh-Internet/Enforta is set to increase its WiMax network coverage to 65 Russian cities by the end of 2008, reported Prime TASS. Enforta plans to invest some USD 40 million in 2008.
Enforta provides high speed Internet services, telephony and VPN services, using WiMAX and other technologies in 25 regional centers in Russia.
In the first quarter of 2008, the first networks will be installed in Izhevsk, Nizhni Novgorod, Volgograd, Lipetsk, Tomsk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Nakhodka and Ussuriisk.
Enforta began providing its WiMax-based high speed Internet services in 2003. Currently Enforta provides services to over 13,000 corporate clients in 25 regions, reported Prime TASS.
